Working from Home Tips:

· Define your work space. Have a room dedicated to working and set aside some space, preferably a room to be your workspace. It changes the state of mind from “I am at home” to “I am at work”.
· Set regular hours, and stick to the schedule.
· Keep your desk and general work area tidy. A clean workspace helps make your day more productive.

Ask yourself these questions:

Am I enthusiastically looking for solutions for even seemingly impossible situations by thinking in terms of possibility thinking?

I suffer from allergies and I found this tip on Realage. It seems to work. Top yogurt with cereal, fresh fruit, or a little swirl of honey. Any way you serve it up, this creamy breakfast food may be an allergy fighter. We're talking about yogurt.

Research suggests that the powerful probiotic bugs -- called Lactobacillus casei (L. casei) -- in yogurt may decrease body levels of immune substances involved in seasonal allergies. So every cup of goodness means fewer sniffles and "achoos."

Also from RealAge, getting the right amount of antioxidants through diet or supplements can make your RealAge 6 years younger. Take the RealAge Test! I took the test and my Real Age is 11 years younger than my age. I was really excited to hear that. My secret is taking the best supplements, getting enough sleep, a great diet and exercise program. Go ahead ask me about my detailed plan to good health, I promise I will tell you.

Something To Think About!

Always laugh when you can. It is cheap medicine. ~Lord Byron

In this life we cannot always do great things. But we can do small things with great love. -Mother Teresa

Matthew 6:25-30 / Do Not Worry

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[a]?

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?

If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap.If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.
