The Law of Progress

This was posted by Amber McGown, who is a great leader on our team, Internet Ceo Moms. She has built a great business and we are lucky to have her as one of our leaders.

One of the outstanding ironies of history is the utter disregard of ranks and titles in the final judgments men pass on each other. The final estimate of men shows that history cares not an iota for the rank or title a man has borne, or the office he has held, but only the quality of his deeds and the character of his mind and heart.

Devotion:
The most uncomfortable place for an entrepreneur is a comfortable place!

The minute anybody comes to the conclusion that he has arrived and he's satisfied and he's gone as far as he wants to go, watch out! -- The minute you get the feeling of, "Ah, I've made it!" -- And you're satisfied with what you've accomplished, that's as far as you get! You never get any further. -- The law of progress is: If you don't keep on getting more, you'll lose what you've got! -- The minute you think you have it and you sit down to enjoy it, that's when you lose it!

This is where most great movements first began to decline: They eased into a false sense of security and complacency, lost sight of their goal -- or lost the faith to attain it -- stopped moving and stopped changing things. -- When you come to the point that you want to stand still, you're going to backslide! -- It is impossible to stand still in a life with purpose! You are either making progress, going ahead, climbing upward everyday a little further, accomplishing more, serving more faithfully, giving more -- or you are slipping backward the other direction and you are on your way down.

Are you alive and going, or dead and settling? Don't settle down and vegetate and become like the rest of the bumps on the logs! -- Rise and live! -- Move now with the life, or you'll be left behind!

Thanks, Amber! Great article! I agree with this Law of Progress. Do not ever settle for something. Keep pushing and help others in the process. Now, that is what it is all about, helping others to succeed.

To your success!
